Presentation Guidelines
Guidelines
- Please log in to the zoom of your session 5-10 minutes before the session starts, wait or contact the zoom technician by chat if you are a presenting author. Have your name ready following the requested format (P01_Tomo Yama).
- The time for presentation is 12 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes short QnA. The moderator and zoom technician will give you a reminder when your presentation reaches 10 minutes and 12 minutes. Please prepare your slide accordingly.
- Presenters are expected to give a live presentation during their session, however if you are not sure with your internet connection, you are allowed to submit the recording of your presentation to the committee maximum 2 days before your actual schedule. During the day of your presentation, the zoom technician will play the record. You must be still attending live for the following QnA session. The recording is limited to 10 minutes, to allow transition time for the zoom technician. We won’t play your recording if it’s more than 10 minutes. You can submit the recording with name format (Paper ID Number_Presenter) via email rcgeoe2021@ugm.ac.id.
- You must be present at all times during your parallel session.
Guidelines
- Your poster can be viewed in the poster gallery.
- You will have 12 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes short QnA in a determined parallel session.
- You must be present and prepare your slide accordingly. You will also need to add your paper ID number in front of your name (P01_Tomo Yama), to help the zoom technician preparing your live presentation.
